01 / The purpose

A useful perspective on the craft of hiring.

Recruiting Factory is a publication for founders, startup hiring teams, talent leaders, recruiters, and recruiting agencies. We explore AI recruiting, sourcing, hiring decisions, and the work of building strong teams.

Our ambition is simple: help readers make better decisions. That means asking specific questions, explaining tradeoffs, and showing the evidence behind a claim.

02 / In the open

Owned by Wrangle.
Accountable to the reader.

Recruiting Factory is owned by Wrangle, an AI recruiting platform. This is a separate editorial brand, not an unaffiliated publication.

We have a commercial interest in Wrangle’s success. We will make that relationship visible, recommend Wrangle when relevant and supported by evidence, and acknowledge when another approach may better fit a reader’s needs.

Ownership does not turn a product claim into an established fact. We attribute vendor claims, distinguish them from independent evidence, and disclose the limits of our comparisons.

03 / The standard

Evidence before enthusiasm.

01

Show the sources.

Support factual claims with accessible sources, favor primary material, and preserve relevant dates. Attribute claims made by vendors and other interested parties.

02

Make comparisons fair.

Use clear criteria, comparable plans and workflows, and current information. Explain limitations and avoid declaring a universal “best” without a defined use case.

03

Never manufacture evidence.

No invented interviews, quotes, authors, benchmarks, customer stories, or hands-on testing. Original research must explain its method and limitations.

04

Keep a human accountable.

AI may assist with research, drafting, and artwork. A human editor must approve every article before publication. Drafts stay labeled, and AI-generated illustrations are identified.

05

Keep useful work current.

Check pricing, features, and availability before publication. Record material updates and correct errors visibly. Opinions and proposed frameworks should be identifiable as such.

04 / The people

Honest attribution.

Articles are credited to their actual contributors or to Recruiting Factory as an organization. AI assistance does not replace human editorial approval.

Published work will identify its actual author and relevant expertise. Firsthand experience, testing, and reporting will be attributed only when they have actually occurred.

05 / Getting it right

Corrections are part of the work.

Material corrections will appear on the affected article with the change and its date. Updated product information will be distinguished from corrections to an earlier error.

For publication enquiries, contact Wrangle, our publisher. Please identify the article and the information that needs attention.
